Projects we have worked on
Testers for in-circuit (ICT), functional (FCT) and end of line (EOL) production test of PCBs
Test boards and fixtures for manufacturing control and verification of parameters of highly complex multi-processor PCBs, functional test of all modules during production time with simulation of loads, interfaces and functionalities. Data logging of measured parameters for each individual PCB. Integration in complex automated manufacturing facilities. Final programming of customer firmware and EOL test.
Lead/Acid Battery Management System with Machine Learning (In cooperation with leading scientific units and project integrators)
A complete system for measurement and control of the charge/discharge process of backup deep cycle and stationary lead/acid battery sets. Extending the battery life with up to 30% based on machine learning and process adjustment.
Bicycle Tracker (In cooperation with Saliro)
GNSS/3G module for embedding in electric bicycles for movement tracking, operational control by Phone/Internet Application – lock/unlock, remote blocking of power, functional parameters check, etc. With cloud-based services for fleet management software.
Microwave Moisture Meter (In cooperation with Tovalia)
4GHz real time radio moisture measurement system for bulk materials. For monitoring and control of manufacturing processes in the food industry, tobacco manufacturing etc.
